NYiiR Ke Roordior would like to take this golden opportunity to thanks every individual who took their time to attend NYIIR KE ROORDIOR PARTY CAN...BERRA, AUSTRALIA ON 14th NOV 2015. We do comprehend and treasured your effort for leaving behind your busy schedules to attend our event. We highly appreciated your support for our well thought event. We hope you had got back to your destination safely and we thank God for that. The event was a great success and crowned as one of the first kind, unifying, fun and most colourful event that brought back the culture we almost lost to our mind. Conspicuously, this gathering did not only brought NYiiR Ke Roordior and Families together but all South Sudanese community to one place, celebrating in a cohesive style. The event was attended by many people within ACT and interstates as well, within the attendees our partners and families on both side. We recognised and appreciated the long stand support of every individual whether from our beloved Roordior, Ayual, Twic East, Duk, Bor county or South Sudanese Community. We do also appreciate and thank you for your lovely gifts on the day. Having said this, We NYiiR Ke Roordior made it very clear that the event was a get- together party. However, we were unable to control your heartfelt precious gifts were we have received multiplicity of gifts with many words like this Gift of Love, Gift of Care, Appreciation Gift, Gift for understanding and Trust, Gift to NYIIR ke Roordior Gift to NYIIR Ka Ajak’’, Gift to Maleencie, gift to Waacie’,’ cards, letters and etc. Your attendant was the greatest gifts we ever asked for and we were very pleased to have you at our event. Thanks you for the gifts and all your beautiful comments and speeches. Thanks to our entertainment team who did an amazing job; we hope all of our audiences enjoyed every part of this historical event. The bash featured many activities from our leading artists Thondiit De Canberra, Magai Ruach Deng and Dabora Aduk Yai. We also appreciate the long stand of Duk-end Women and the South Sudanese women in ACT for their remarkable support by singing and dancing. All the fun you generated made our event more enjoyable. Thanks to Ayual Elder Adordit da Akechnial and Roordior Leader Deng Kuot Deng for their guidance, we cannot thank you enough but God can. Lastly, please do accept our sincere apology for the time, we had many activities plans but we were unable to fit into the entire scheduled time. We hope you understand and whatever mistake made shall be corrected in the future as this was a New Event and New Venue. Thanks to St Francis Xavier for sponsoring our event. 21.01.2022 Family, Friends and Fans of Thondit de Canberra! It is with my deepest sorrows that I announced to you the sudden passing of our national icon who was a son, br...other, uncle, cousin, friend, husband and father - Garang Aleer Aguer "Thondiit De Canberra" on Sunday 17th January 2016. Sadly, I have to convey this message to you that his "Burial Service" is arranged to take place on Saturday 6th February 2016, Canberra. The family choose this date (Saturday 6th Feb) to allows Interstate people (Fans, Friends and family members) to attend as they wish to say Goodbye to the "King of Melody" Thondiit De Canberra who is physically gone but his work/music will live forever.
