25.01.2022 Even though pick your own fruit has finished for now, we still have cherries, apricots and apples for sale in the shop as well as a lovely selection of jams, preserves and real honey.

23.01.2022 Due to large numbers of visitors our availability of cherries has changed. If you have previously contacted us and been told we would have cherries till Christmas unfortunately this is no longer the case. Our sweet cherries are all picked and pick your own sweet cherries are no longer available for the rest of this year. Sour cherries will be ready for PYO this weekend, 19th and 20th December for $9.00kg. ... We are located at 39 Nashdale Lane. Please check our website www.thornbrookorchard.com.au before you visit for details of entry conditions, opening times and further information. Please DO NOT call us unless you want to place a special order. We are receiving hundreds of calls daily and cannot return all calls. Thanks Thornbrook Orchard Nashdale

22.01.2022 It’s a gorgeous spring day. I can share photos of the cherry blossom, unfortunately I can’t share their beautiful smell.

21.01.2022 Our black muscat grape block is getting a little love. It’s not irrigated, was full of weeds and the soil was compacted. We worked it up and have sown a pasture mix which will improve water filtration, fix nitrogen and increase organic matter. Now we just need the rain forecast for today.

15.01.2022 Granny Smith apples are full of juice and have a sour and subtly sweet taste. They have a crunchy texture and a bright green colour. Being produced in 1868, Granny Smith apples have been a crowd pleaser for many, many years. (Trinity, 2020)
