25.01.2022 When it comes to storage, you can never have enough. We loved the way the teams on The Block used shelving to maximise or enhance their space, and the different choices they made. Harry & Tash created a serene work nook to take advantage of their room's gorgeous views Sara & George's stylish office space was a mix of practicality and purpose Daniel & Jade's living area became both functional and fun... Luke & Jasmine dedicated an entire wall to shelving, they now have many display options Jimmy & Tam's mix of open and closed shelving presented an organized room but also allows a bit more personality in Closed or open, shelves can provide organisation, function, design and fun to any room. From the gorgeous and generously sized sinks, beautiful tapware, luxe tiles to the assortment of cabinetry their spaces were definitely a considered part of their house designs. Functionally, they used every bit of space, plenty of storage above and below, good counter space, drying racks, broom and ironing board cupboards even a cosy nook for the fur ...baby of the house. Here's how to clear even the most stubborn grout grime: Step 1: Mix two tablespoons of baking soda with some water to create a paste.
