25.01.2022 It's all happening this summer!

24.01.2022 Please note that the Kosciusko National Park is now closed, and residents are being evacuated as a precaution for the worsening fire conditions this weekend. Our thoughts are with the Emergency Services and residents of the area. More information can be gathered from NSW Rural Fire Service and Monaro Team Rural Fire Service

23.01.2022 Being good citizens of our environment within the Kosciuszko National Park means looking after the wildlife. This Echidna was under the Cruiser chairlift making a home in direct line of skier traffic - a hazard to both himself and our guests. We relocated the native animal outside the boundary with the help of ski school, out of danger. Scott Ricketts

20.01.2022 Happily mother nature was favourable to our home and Thredbo is out of imminent danger. There are still fires burning around, the park remains closed and we wait to find out the impact of the rainfall today, and hope that the forecast is correct for more in the coming days. Big thanks to Fire and Rescue NSW Station 451 Thredbo, Monaro Team Rural Fire Service and NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service who have had people in and around looking after the village and key assets. Also to the Thredbo crew who have had snowmaking running, and kept services running supporting the emergency services. Right now we take it day by day, and remain vigilant with what’s around. Our thoughts are with those directly affected in other areas of Australia.

10.01.2022 http:// Intake dates postponed // Thinking about becoming a Ski Patroller? We are excited to get out on snow, and have you join us too! Right now all of our focus is on altering our daily operational procedures so that we can be on hill to look after you and our guests in a safe manner. This means we have to postpone our usual intake in August until such time as we know how to operate this in line with guidelines and can plan it correctly for your safety.... In the meantime please like or follow the page and when we know more we will post. Please do not purchase a lift ticket or register for the intake until such time as this can be confirmed.
