19.01.2022 Happy New Year To say that 2020 was a rollercoaster for small business would be an understatement. At the end of March when all of our staff were stood down, we didn’t know if Three was going to survive. Our takeaway service started off slowly, but gained traction quickly as our regular customers (and some brand new!) placed orders consistently. We were able to bring back a couple of staff members to deliver your orders, answer your calls and of course cook the food! We wer...e so grateful every time the phone rang for an order. Then there was a light at the end of the tunnel when we could allow 10 people to dine at a time. Then it turned into 20 people, then we could have 40. Our staff could all come back to work, we were so relieved. Then we had one of our busiest winter’s we have ever seen since opening Three in 2015. We were blown away. We are still unable to run at 100% capacity in the Restaurant, but things are definitely feeling more normal than there were at the end of March. From all of us at Three we would like to thank you; if you ordered takeaway or delivery, if you dined in with us or even if you ordered a takeaway coffee. Without you we don’t know if we would still have a business. Here’s to bigger and better things in 2021.
