And a big THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to all the people that have been dining in at Threecoins, all the ones that tried to book but we had to turn away with a heavy heart, and to all the ones that will be dining with us soon. You made our restaurant living again and filled our hearts with joy. It was almost emotional to be able to look at our guests enjoying our food again.... The dine in experience is definitely a bit different, not yet the same as it was before, but our food is better than ever as weve been dying to be able to cook for our dine in guests. 11.01.2022 Mottainai Lamb Ragu Pappardelle We are very happy to introduce this dish: the summit of our efforts in the search for the greatest local ingredients. Our handmade pappardelle are made with freshly milled local grains from @millerandbaker and the tastiest pastured fresh eggs from @rosaliepasturedeggs. The ragù is made exclusively with one of WA excellence @mottainai_lamb We are glad to be able to work with so many great local producers to honour the tradition of Italian cuisine and the respect for the perfect ingredients. Our food is a reflection of our philosophy: simple comfort food done well, with the best produces.

04.01.2022 Dear guests, we are very excited to open the doors of our trattoria again and be able to welcome you back into Threecoins. We truly appreciated the support our community has shown during this time and we are excited to face a new challenge again.... In-line with the current WA Governments health response to the COVID-19 we can only accept 20 guests in our dine-in area. To guarantee the safety of our staff and guests as well as a smooth running of the service, we will work with preset sitting times and will allocate a limited time of 90 minutes for each booking made before 8pm (exceptions can be made for groups larger than 6). We will be open 7 days, Monday to Sunday from 5pm. We will be accepting about 10 guest for each of the following time slots: 5:00 to 6:30 5:30 to 7:00 6:30 to 8:00 7:00 to 8:30 8:00 onwards 8:30 onwards Please consider we cannot guarantee availability of your preferred reservation time and in case of a fully booked time slot we will get back to you with the closest booking time available. We will continue to offer takeaway through pick ups and UberEats. We kindly ask your understanding during this time while we are trying to re-think our operations to be able to adapt to the new rules.
