19.01.2022 This is a must attend event. Ivan, an astute researcher, consultant and more, has gone through significant mental health challenges (illness). He shares, in surprisingly light ways about his journey, what worked, didn't work and much more. I attended several of his talks, had the pleasure to work with him professionally and also READ his amazing book. Consider to attend as 'professional development', to perhaps be better equipped to work with staff or peers who go through their own challenges, or family, friends or self - after all 50% of all adults will have an episode of mental (ill) health in their lives, according to current figures and Covid will not reduce this number perhaps either.

18.01.2022 Reluctant to share anything with reference to a nationality, yet, this is perhaps a neat example of a Good to Great based, great leader, according to Jim Collins' ground-breaking research and work. Organisations in Tasmania have the work and findings incorporated in their leadership training, thinking, values :)

05.01.2022 Unusual 'car' post. From 2012 to 2019 3iC used two Prius hybrid cars in a row to do business in TAS and VIC. Almost incredible how often this was frowned or smiled upon. Yet, near double the mileage out of a tank of fuel, ahead of time technology&safety and unrivaled reliability - beyond Toyota's own already standards - made this an expression of the 3iC business: one 'i' is innovation, being in tune or ahead of time! 05.01.2022 Thank you Health Issues Centre for a great write-up and clear reflection of what was achieved by quirky Flourish - in less than two years. It was largely based on strong teamwork and with visionary funding from Primary Health Tasmania (PHT) - and equally a clear commitment by PHT, State Government, the Chief Psychiatrist Office and the wider mental health sector to the inclusion of consumer experience and the co-design cause!
