08.01.2022 Sometimes I am a little bit hopeless when it comes to lunch and just completely forgot to eat (and then realise I’m out of control hungry at about 4pm). So when I have lunch organised for the week, I am excited! This salad was so delicious and a good reminder that I should be adding in lunches to my meal plan more often!
