These will be posted out from next week, unless of course youd like to pick them up in person (drumroll please...) Because we MISS YOU we will be opening the doors this Monday 27th from 11am - 2pm. Well be selling takeaway 6 packs of beer (limit of 2 pp) and bottles of wine from our studio bar, takeaway coffees and of course, you can grab your shirt if youve ordered one. 24.01.2022 UPDATE ON STUDIO RE-OPENING! A little more info regarding our announcement yesterday. - We will be taking bookings from tomorrow, Thursday 21st, via EMAIL ONLY at this stage. ... - Bookings will look a little different, with the ability to book rooms by the hour. This applies to both solo and band bookings. Our hope is that this will make rehearsals more accessible to everyone during these times. - The studio will only be able to accomodate a maximum of 20 people at any one time. With this limit in place, we will be enforcing a strict 24hr Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations result in empty rooms, despite turning bands away. We thank you in advance for your understanding. - Strict room capacities will also be in place to adhere with social distancing requirements. You will need to book a room suitable for the number of people in your band, and we will request this information at the time of booking. - We will be operating on slightly reduced hours between June 1st and June 22nd. This will be reassessed with the next announcement from state government. Please head to our website for all information on rates and studio hours. 22.01.2022 Its a very important question and we get why youre asking... and the answer is YES, the bar will be reopening too! Probably wont make Ella work this time though... A reminder that we are taking bookings by the hour for both solo and bands, across all sessions (yes, that means solo sessions are available for the evening session too!) For those of you who are in a situation to assist financially, we now have Pay It Forward Gift Certificates available. How does this work?... You can purchase a gift certificate to pass onto your favourite band that rehearses at Three Phase. These certificates will be valid for 12 months from the day our doors re-open again. 15.01.2022 Dang it sure feels good to be back! Its been so great seeing so many familiar faces through the doors these last few weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding through the re-opening period, and apologies to those of you who were unable to get a booking. As of Monday, we are able to lift the studio capacity to 50 people, meaning a lot more sessions will be available! Strict room capacities will remain in place and we request this information upon booking. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned by staff between every session, as a re all leads, mics, stands and hire gear. We will continue to offer solo and band bookings by the hour, across all sessions. Studio hours will also remain the same for now: 12-10pm weekdays and 12-6pm weekends. And yes, the bar is open!

13.01.2022 Wednesday update: We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation intensely and will continue to adjust our business operations in accordance with requirements and everyones health and safety as our utmost priority. ... As of today: - We are only accepting EFTPOS payments for all transactions. - If you are ordering takeaway coffee, we unfortunately are unable to accept your reusable cups at this time. We understand the environmental impact of takeaway cups is less than ideal, but we need to prioritise health and safety at this time. - We are extending our solo rates across all sessions and days. If your band has had to cancel rehearsal due to a gig cancellation but you would still like to use the room solo, please just let us know. In addition, all staff are cleaning common areas consistently : - All studios are cleaned thoroughly between sessions. Door handles, mic stands, light switches and desks are wiped down with antibacterial spray. - Bathrooms are cleaned at regular intervals throughout sessions. Please thoroughly wash your hands with the antibacterial soap provided, and dry them before exiting. - As always, mics are sprayed with Glen20 after every use. If you have your own microphone, please bring it. We ask that you please isolate if you are unwell, or have a housemate/partner/been in contact with anyone that is unwell. Please be kind to one another, support those who are doing it tough (buy vouchers, merch, music) and please get in touch directly if you have any questions, suggestions or concerns.

Staff will be at the studio until 8pm tonight so those of you who want to be reunited with stored gear during the lockdown can come and collect it. These are crazy and upsetting times for us all. We have worked so hard to make Three Phase an inclusive and welcoming second home for you all, and not just another rehearsal space. We intend to be back as soon as it is safe t...o do so. 11.01.2022 We know youre all itching to get back into the studio - so are we. In accordance with State Government requirements, we will remain temporarily closed for now. We will reassess this with the next announcement on the 31st May, and reopen when it is safe for us to do so. 11.01.2022 In between shredding for Magic Dirt, River Of Snakes and Midnight Woolf, our resident legend Raul found time to score a new Australian film! Undertow was shot around Geelong and the Surf Coast, and had its US Premiere at the Austin Film Festival and International Premiere at the Edinburgh Film Festival this year. Margaret Pomeranz gave it 4 stars (see clip below), so you know what that means... #goseeit!

10.01.2022 A note on COVID19 At this stage, Three Phase will remain open our regular studio hours. We are following the COVID19 issue intensely. We value our communitys health and safety above anything else and will continue to monitor developments.... We are devastated about the unprecedented financial and emotional effect that this is having on venues, staff, bands and our whole community. We want to support in any way we can, whilst ensuring the safety of our staff, customers and broader community. Whilst we pride ourselves on having a clean and hygienic studio at all times, we have put extra cleaning measures in place during this period: - All studios are cleaned thoroughly between sessions. Door handles, mic stands, light switches and desks are wiped down with antibacterial spray. - Bathrooms are cleaned at regular intervals throughout sessions. 05.01.2022 Friday update - The studio is still open regular hours for the time being. On top of our fastidious cleaning procedures, we are also offering free room upgrades to larger rooms if youre a band of 3 or more, to ensure at least 2 metres of space for social distancing. Each and every room has its own roof vent with a fresh air supply - no air is recycled between rooms, providing a clean and safe environment. ... We will continue to offer solo rates across all sessions, day and night. Like so many small businesses right now, were felling this hard. If youd like to help us out right now, we have vouchers available, and well waive the 12 month expiry, so you can pre-pay for as many future rehearsals as you wish! 02.01.2022 *GOOD NEWS!* We will be taking bookings for rehearsals from June 1st. Things will look a little different, and our top priority is ensuring we provide a safe environment for all customers and staff.... There will be a maximum of 20 people occupying the studio at any one time. This will be revisited again on June 22nd and adjusted in line with government requirements. Bookings will be able to be made by the hour, for both band and solo rehearsals. We hope that this will make rehearsal more financially accessible during these tough times. Our operating hours will be temporarily reduced, but the studio will be open 7 days. We will be taking bookings from Thursday via EMAIL ONLY at this stage. 01.01.2022 *STUDIO UPDATE* A lot of you have been asking if we are affected by the new local lockdowns that are coming into place tonight. We are not included in the lockdown area and will remain open our current studio hours: 12-10pm weekdays and 12-6pm weekends. If you live in a lockdown area, please do not attend the studio. If you have any symptoms or have been In contact with any cases / suspected cases please stay at home.... All of the team are working hard to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone - all leads, mics, desks, stands, surfaces and rooms are thoroughly cleaned between each session. There is hand sanitiser available throughout the studio and we ask that you please use this before entering your room or any other area of the studio. We also have strict room capacities in place to ensure everyone has at least their 1.5m while rehearsing. All rooms are fully ventilated with fresh air circulating throughout each room. Its a tough and challenging time, but thank god we can still make some noise, have a beer and get through to the other side together
