25.01.2022 Working some posterior-chain with 3PO client / 2019 State Champs bronze medalist in open men’s shot put @willcrouch43 yesterday Our main session consisted of a theraband tri-series of glute activation exercises (bridges, clams & crab walks), followed by controlled weighted back squats & explosive box step-ups (pictured).
