15.01.2022 A delivery of our Three Ridges Beef has gone into Wild Things Food- Nth Fitzroy, and Terra Madre in High St Northcote and a new store for us- Apples and Sage in Balwyn. So go in and try some great tasting grass fed and finished BD beef. Taste the difference. You can also put your name down for a box of beef delivered to you in a couple of weeks!

Some delicious new sausages with gorgeous fresh spices and herbs- brisket, rib eye steaks, slow cook cuts. Limited supply so get in early. Either quick sear or slow cook the flavour is there!

04.01.2022 To our loyal customers of Three Ridges, We are very sorry, but you won't be able to buy our Three Ridges packaged Beef at Terra Madre, Wild Things Food, or Apples and Sage, any more- well at this stage, anyway. We are now sending our beef to Belmore Meats in 137 Miller St, Thornbury, so if you go there and request our beef, John will be able to help you. We are able to deliver our Three Ridges beef boxes direct to you at home, so go to the Open Food Network-and look for Thre...e Ridges or email us, and will collect orders, until we have enough to process one animal. We plan to do this 4 times a year. The next delivery will be early September, unless we are inundated- of course!
