16.01.2022 Hi all. Ive been very quiet on this page of late, getting my head around the the tasks involved with a new born again! Its been a little over 3 weeks now, and hes doing super well. So, i have decided to open a few days where I will be back training you! Im sure youve all been missing me yell and push you as much as i have missed all of you! . Times are as follows: Mondays 9am to 12 pm Wednesday 9am 12pm Friday 3pm- 6.30pm... Monday and wednesdays will be 9.15am group for 45min (kids/babies welcome) Please bare in mind that while i love having your little ones come along, that little eddie wont be quite 6weeks and wint have had his needles yet, so please only bring your bubs if their immunisations are up to date. 15.01.2022 What a great start to the last bootcamp for the year! Week one down and everyone left tonight with red faces and a smile!! Next week we will have a boxing session. Please bring some gloves if you have them, I will have some to share atound for those who dont have any . If you missed a session, dont panic! Here is what we did tonight. Feel free to head down to a park and use a bench and the grass to complete!! Start with a light jogging warm up up and back a 30mtr strait. St...retch and repeat laps for 3-5 min 30x Push ups Tricep dips Mountain climbers Leg extensions Heel taps Fwd stepping alternate lunges 1x 150mtr sprint Repeat doing 20x reps then sprint Repeat doing 10x reps then sprint Repeat doing 5x reps then sprint! Remember to stretch and cool down Goal for this weekend-increase your eater intake, decrease soft drink juice and no alcohol!!
