21.01.2022 If you create a lot of the same sort of document then you should definitely be using Templates. Do you know how to create a template from scratch? Here's how: Open up that document. Click File, then: If using the Office 365 version of Word - select Save as Template... If there is no Save as Template option - select Save As Then choose where you want the Template to live. Make the file name something that clearly identifies it as the template or master version (so Template XX or Master XX is the easiest option!). Change the file format to Word Template (.dotx) - this will happen automatically if you have chosen the Save as Template option. Click Save. 19.01.2022 As you make your plans for October (how the heck did that get here so fast!), don't forget to work smarter, not harder, and look at where you can outsource to help your business grow. Using a copywriter or SEO expert, or a bookkeeper is second nature to most business owners. Delegating your admin isn't so obvious, but could give you back SO much time! Take a moment and draw up a list of what you love doing, and what you are currently doing. Look at how you could outsource some of the extra items on that second list - you would be amazed at what a good VA could do for you!

While it would be lovely to be spending the day offsite, at a cafe with my laptop, I just get too distracted , so I am using some time blocking skills to make this a very productive day.
