07.01.2022 I was watching a hoarding show yesterday and the psychologist kept telling the lady she will DIE if she doesn’t change her behaviour. Well shock horror ! She didn’t change and they didn’t manage to clean out anything Of course that wouldn’t work! She already knew that she will die or become homeless but couldn’t change. The psychologist didn’t seem to explore her thought processes at all. He just kept TELLING her his opinions. He failed her by not finding out what she needed to do the change work. The internal motivation HAS to be there!! I can’t change your behaviour for you, I can only help facilitate the change within you #motivation #change #hypnotherapy #therapy
