21.01.2022 We often neglect ourself, when really we should ensure that we are our own priority first before we can give to others. As A single parent I am guilty of thinking of my kids first, so I forgive you if you haven’t quite worked out the balance to ensuring you are fit to give the best part of yourself to others. Please take the time for yourself and schedule yourself first with a massage.
