21.01.2022 We often neglect ourself, when really we should ensure that we are our own priority first before we can give to others. As A single parent I am guilty of thinking of my kids first, so I forgive you if you haven’t quite worked out the balance to ensuring you are fit to give the best part of yourself to others.
