25.01.2022 Last class for Term 3 at the Woodcroft-Morphett Vale Neighbourhood Centre and it was chock-full of yoga games - Yoga Dice, Yoga Jenga, Memory Yoga and Yoga Bingo. We then ended our term together with a beautiful Tratak Meditation (Candle Gazing) and 3 big ‘OMs’. Thank you to our little yogi’s and their families for supporting us this term. We can’t wait for Term 4.

It can leave us with many painful thoughts about who we are and what we are suppose to be. 05.01.2022 These words seem perfect right now. It’s how we feel about our little yogis. This year has thrown us many challenges (as it has all humankind) - ups and downs, highs and lows, smiles and tears. We’re not going to lie, we feel flat right now and disappointed we have needed to take another ‘break’ from teaching yoga to kids. But we know our broader community relies on each and every one of us doing everything we can to stem this latest outbreak.... We know this situation can cast doubt, stress, anxiety and overwhelming feelings. So, we want you all to know we are thinking of you, missing you and here if you need a chat.
