This is such a great opportunity for people wanting to further their careers was Talecia's advice when she recently met with our Mentoring Expert, Connie Borg. Talecia has had a great experience with the team YMCA WA Early Learning Centres; staff have welcomed her and she has built relationships with the service’s families and fellow Educators in the To...ddler Room. The children have really warmed to her! Talecia’s support from her Room Mentor means she feels supported and this has built her confidence and sharpened her practice. She will commence studying her Diploma of Early Education & Care in early 2021 as part of the Thriving Futures’ fully-funded Scholarship program.
