08.01.2022 Same coffee of last post, just tricked a little the brewing method, this time I've grounded the beans at about sesame seed size, this resulted in a faster pour than last time therefore eliminating the sharpness I felt last time! This tasting was actually great! Much smoother and sweet with the flavours popping out more!
