25.01.2022 We FINALLY have some good news to report with Bailey. He’s gaining weight and his legs have stopped swelling! He’s also starting to run up again when called for feed which is fantastic. More bloods getting done next week. Fingers crossed

25.01.2022 Today we welcomed 2 more to the team! Beauie is a 16yr old 14.2hh stock horse gelding, nice quiet fellow who’s been to pony club and used for beginners Ruby is a 9yr old TB mare who’s been used for casual riding ... Both are lovely horses! We gave them the afternoon to settle in but look forward to riding this lovely pair later in the week!

24.01.2022 Took the endurance boys out for a night right tonight. Ricky and Joey loved the change of scenery

22.01.2022 Flashback to 2016 when I got to be a part of the incredible Rushoz Endurance team and Ali and I placed first junior and top 10 across the line at the Tom Quilty Gold Cup held in Victoria.

22.01.2022 BELLI PARK CTR! The girls had an absolute blast yesterday riding the undulating 21km course with 10 obstacles along the way. Considering we took 2 young horses for their first outings, Tia and Ivy both did fantastic. We decided that this weekend we were going to let the girls prepare entirely on there own, with packing and getting horses ready. While a few things were forgotten, they were thankful that we were only 10 minutes from home so could go get it! One of the obstacle...s required the girls to sidepass behind a log, while this sounds easy, on a young horse who’s only been on 3 trail rides before this day, it’s not easy. However! Both girls made it looks easy! Tia actually had me tearing up by the end of her turn because she just gave it her all to try and do what emily was asking of her. It truly was an amazing day and a massive learning curve for both riders and horses who returned home very tired with amazing scores. Well done girls!! We love changing the dice up a bit and trying out different events and not just endurance, you really do just learn so much about horsemanship!! See more

21.01.2022 4 and a half hours of lessons and trails done before it even hit 12 o’clock today took a break through the heat and finishing the day off with 2 after school sessions

20.01.2022 Sorry for the lack of updates everyone! We have been super busy with lessons and prep for upcoming events! Here’s a snapshot of a lovely mare I did some work with a few years back. She liked to have a bit of fun on the lunge as you can see! All the horses are doing well~ Bailey is slowing starting to a look a little better and get his energy back which is promising Will talk to you all soon!

20.01.2022 Our half day trail is coming up quick and we are almost out of horses to hire out. Be sure to let us know if you’d like to get your bum in the saddle for half a day and enjoying a load of laughs

19.01.2022 We have had some spaces open up in our kids half day trail plus lunch so be sure to let us know if you’d like to book! It will be terrific fun!

16.01.2022 Had a wonderful trail ride this afternoon! Spartan led the group of young ones out for a 6.6km ride. Ash rode Ivy, Mel aboard horatio and emily on Tia! They all did absolutely brilliant with lovely canters at the end. Smiles all round! Now we are off to the CTR (competitive trail ride) at Belli Park first thing tomorrow morning!

16.01.2022 A massive thank you to those who have donated to help Bailey! So far we have raised $120 through our go fund me and have had $330 donated directly to our accounts! Getting closer and closer to our goal! Thank you all so much

15.01.2022 Newest addition to the team is Carlos! He’s a 10.3hh Shetland x welsh Appaloosa gelding. Needs lots of work but he’s a gem. Approximately 5-6 years old.

15.01.2022 To many this is just a normal everyday pinto mare in a paddock.. but to us? This is the first time in nearly 12 months Bella has been in a 200 acre paddock with endless grass without a halter on to help with catching her. She’s been a tricky egg to crack and was extremely flighty when we first got her. But I’m super proud of how far she has come and all that she deals with

14.01.2022 Best way to start the day Tia, Bella and Ricky

14.01.2022 Some photos of Bella’s progressions! Today we did some work on lunging with the roller at both walk and trot. Introduced the saddle for the first time and she handled it perfectly. I also put a bridle on her, this was her second time with a bridle on but it’s been about 6 months. She was absolutely perfect. So proud of this mare. She’s had 4 days off and was standing at the gate ready to go!

14.01.2022 Guys please help us by donating some money into getting bailey better

14.01.2022 Had the afternoon off so took a nice stroll on Ted and spartan this afternoon with Shaun

13.01.2022 Here’s two out of our four bays... guess who they are

12.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has helped with bailey so far. After a long 8 days waiting for results we finally got them back today. Bailey has come back positive for hepatitis (inflammation of the liver). Therefore the antibiotics he has been on hasn’t been helping his condition. However, now that we have gone the extra mile with the testing we are able to get him on the right products. We are far from being out of the woods so I please beg anybody that can donate to please he...lp us. Bailey has been moved onto 7 days worth of injections and a further 2-3 weeks of supplementation to help encourage his liver to regenerate and get his metabolism going again. At this point in time we are unsure how the next few weeks will go, we are just taking one day at a time. So thankful we have such a wonderful vet. Ben from Cooroora vet clinic has been fantastic and an immense help with bailey. Anything you’d like to donate will be accepted. Please feel free to donate either directly or through go fund me. Thank you all so much for your support through this difficult time for us. Brooke marshall Thunder ridge equestrian. See more

04.01.2022 Advertising for a client Roxy, 9 year old chestnut Quarterhorse X mare. 15hh. This mare is an ex polo player, she was the best on her team until they retired her. Are you looking for a confidence booster or a general all rounder? Roxy will be perfect for you. No buck, bolt, rear, pigroot , kick etc. Originally did have shoes on for polo but has been barefoot for 2 years. She is great on trails, in the arena, with or without other horses, good to feed, wash, trim, catch etc et...c. She is a very good doer staying fat on grass at the moment and currently being ridden once per week. She is a lovely sweet natured mare who loves attention and isn’t fazed by much. You can simply ride her on a loose rein out and about and she transitions nicely through all three paces. She’s used to cars, machinery, motorbikes, dogs, cattle etc. This is a very hard sale only reason being sold is that their daughters very dominant pony doesn’t like her which is impossible to manage on a small property. She has the talent to do any field from pony club, to a general hack and pleasure horse. Works her hardest to please her rider 110%. She will only be sold to the best of homes so please only enquire if you’re serious and will give her the love she deserves. Suitable for a confident beginner upwards. Up to date with dental, farrier, Hendra , worming etc. Asking $4,900. Based in Carters ridge 4563. Videos and photos available on request See more

02.01.2022 EDIT- SOLD SOLD SOLD Advertising for a friend. Roxy, 9 year old chestnut Quarterhorse X TB mare. Around 15hh. This mare is an ex polo player, she was the best on her team until they retired her. Then I got her as a confidence booster, after a bad run with a horse I lost all my confidence on. And she has done just that, she has been able to give me my confidence back in the saddle. No buck, bolt, rear, pigroot etc. she did have shoes on for polo but we have since taken them ...off and she does not need them. She is great on trails. She is a very good doer fat on grass. All we feed her is molasses with minerals. She is a lovely sweet natured mare who isn’t fazed by much. You can simply ride her on a loose rein out and about, she’s used to cars, machinery, motorbikes, cattle etc. This is a very hard sale only reason being is that we have too many horses. She has the talent to do any field you want, you just need to teach her, she’s been over small jumps and trot poles and shows that she understands she needs to pick her feet up and collect over them. We do big long rides on trails in the state forest we have next door and she’s always willing to try new things, she wants to make her rider happy. I only want her to go to the best of homes so please only enquire if you’re serious and will give her the love she deserves. She was at the trainer for two weeks earlier in the year who valued her at $5500, however we have reduced the price for a quick sale. While at a trainer she started jumping her 65cm and said she was doing really well and picking it up really quickly. Up to date with dental, farrier, Hendra , worming ect. Asking $4,900. Based near Eumundi. See more

He has progressively been gaining weight well, all of his hair has grown back and he has just started groundwork excerises to help build some muscle! We are so very happy with his progressions. Photo on the left is from October 21st. Photo on the right is him today. We look forward to bringing him back into riding lessons very soon!
