11.01.2022 For those who haven't heard, Marcus, beloved husband of our soprano Claire, was hit by a car and passed away on Saturday. Our hearts go out to Claire, her family and Marcus' family. Claire is a full-time musician who has lost most of her work during the pandemic. She is also expecting her first child this month. Another of Claire's singing friends has set up a fund to help Claire through this extremely difficult time. Please help out if you are able. Take care,... TC See more
09.01.2022 In anticipation of Anzac Day, we’ve prepared our own version of And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda. Recording and putting it together whilst in isolation has been quite a learning experience for us! Hope you enjoy a Thursday's Child take on this special and very moving Aussie folk song. ~Lest we forget~ With thanks to Eric Bogle for writing such a stirring song.
