18.01.2022 We took a moment at our school parade to thank our committee for all their hard work and volunteering for the 150th.

13.01.2022 On Saturday the 7th August, 2021 Tiaro State School is celebrating its 150th anniversary. We will be creating a memorial paved area to commemorate the 150 year anniversary. We are offering everyone the opportunity to purchase one or more personalised pavers. Order forms are available by emailing [email protected] or visiting the school website www.tiaross.eq.edu.au We will be placing our first order very soon, so don't delay and get your orders in now, so you don't miss out on seeing your paver laid by the big day. Prices start from $35 each.

13.01.2022 Our reflection garden is almost at completion stage. Staff have worked hard to create an area that incorporates our time capsule, new pavers, old school sign and a beautiful area to sit back and reflect about our wonderful school. We can't wait to share it all with you on the 31st October

06.01.2022 Dear School Community Members It is with regret that I have to inform you that TIARO State School will be postponing our 150th celebrations planned for the 31st October 2020. This decision was not made easily or quickly, however, given the current health directive associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, it is in the best interests of our community to delay these celebrations until we can ensure the safety of our community. We would like to send our thanks to the 150th committe...e and our community members who have dedicated their time and resources to help with the organisation and preparation for the big day. We would also like to send thanks out to the businesses who have supported the school during the lead up and preparations for the day. This is only a postponement and we are hopeful to be able to celebrate this milestone with our school community in the new year at a time and date to be advised. Once again thank you for your ongoing support of TIARO state school. Stay safe and healthy and we look forward to celebrating with you in 2021. See more

01.01.2022 We have some great souvenirs to sell on the 31st October, however a special mention has to go out to the Tiaro CWA ladies.
