24.01.2022 Sales vs marketing... The truth is that most business leaders I speak to are feeling frustrated. They need more sales but struggle to generate leads.... Once they get a lead, they’re not sure what to say to them. Because they don’t know how to communicate, the lead doesn’t become a paying customer. It ends up costing these people a lot of time and money that doesn’t convert to cash in the bank. The never-ending cycle continues.
