08.01.2022 With tomorrow being are you ok day. I wanted to share this image because it really resonates with me. People can smile, appear confident, strong and engaged but be clinging on by their very last thread. We have all lost someone to the black dog, so why does it continue to affect so many Australian men, especially Aboriginal Australian men. Who have the highest suicide rate in the world! I want you to consider if it’s possible that we perpetuate this issue, amplify it with t...he Australian standard of manliness. What if it was considered manly to show emotion, to express love and compassion openly. I want anyone who is reading this to consider who they have in their life that may benefit from asking them tomorrow, Are you ok? #areyouokay See more

03.01.2022 #ITAINTWEAKTOSPEAK Too many men suffer in silence, reach out to a friend, a relative or a gp. I want you to know that there’s people out there who genuinely care! People you haven’t met yet that will love you one day and people out there going through similar things. Healing together is easier then healing alone.... Be strong and speak out See more
