20.01.2022 Hi Tids travellers! It’s been a while between holidays and I’m missing that champagne at the airport before my next adventure...I bet you are too! While things in the tourism world have pretty much shut down, I have been spending some time working on a new project with my mum. We are now creating pearl jewellery and I would love if you could take a look and follow our page Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere - I am still working 3 days a week with Flight Centre to contin...ue with all your refunds, as well booking as any local and domestic holidays. Travelling is my passion, and always will be. However while the tourism industry is in hibernation, I have put all my passion and energy into something else. It’s been really fun! 16.01.2022 Thanks to KARRYON we have this easy list of which states are currently open and to who. We all want to get travelling again as safely as possible and be able to share factual information to plan and book travel confidently. So to help, we’ve created a rolling update on what’s happening where and when in Australia to help everyone get back out there across this great land.... In brief, the border situation looks like this right now. New South Wales: Open to all except Victorians. Queensland: Open to all except NSW, VIC and ACT residents until December 2020 (estimated). Victoria: Open to all but with Stage 4 restrictions in place. South Australia: Open to all states except NSW and VIC until December 2020 (estimated). Northern Territory: Open to all except VIC (estimated December 2020) and Greater Sydney hotspot (Reopening Oct 9 if cases remain low). Western Australia: Closed to all states until 2021 (estimated). Tasmania: Closed to all states until December 2020 (estimated). Australian Capital Territory: Open to all except Victorians.
