Students will be required to set time aside to practice and rise to the challenge of learning with discipline to master playing their instrument. Learning music also promotes craftsmanship, and students learn to want to create good work instead of mediocre work. This desire, along with discipline, is a valuable life skill to have.

11.01.2022 DID YOU KNOW that learning music facilitates and enhances learning skills that you inevitably use in other areas? This is especially useful for children who are developing LANGUAGE and REASONING. As students learn their instrument, children become accustomed to different sounds that they would not have recognised before. This practice trains their ears for the nuances and subtle sounds of language. This left area of the brain, which is better developed with music, also contains the area that attends to reasoning and rational thinking.
