25.01.2022 Great day at Raymond Terrace today, when Sally met Mitch Could be the title of a movie?

25.01.2022 Tiger Pete and Charlie, want to wish all competing either at LA Zones or at the Treloar Shield, Homebush, the very best for new pbs, new race plans and lots of enjoyment in all of their events. Time to UNLEASH THE BEAST!

14.01.2022 What better way to train, than on the beach! We are so lucky to have the clean environment around Newcastle. Hope everyone has a great 2020 and look forward to helping our young athletes score lots of goals (on and off the pitch).

08.01.2022 So true, so true!

06.01.2022 Tiahna demonstrates how to explode off the blocks-setting the race up for good acceleration, drive and transition phases.

05.01.2022 Great session, great location and great photography from Heather of Jamin Enterprises-Tiger Fitness and Training preferred photographer!

04.01.2022 New pbs are great! 325kg x 7-only took 56yrs to get this Little gains each week, soon add up. Look at the big picture, the outcome you want, rather than how diificult it may seem now. Everyday, strive to be a fraction better than your best was yesterday

02.01.2022 Ever notice how great sprinters seem to just bounce along and have a "spring in their step"? The photo of the girls, show exactly that-after 20m of acceleration, they are hitting the track and springing back off. The stiffer the Archilles, the more bounce the athlete will have and of course, no overstriding-their feet hitting under their hips.

02.01.2022 Great result at 2019 ACPE Allschools for hurdlers Tiahna and Mitch-gold to T in 400mh and gold x 2 for Mitch in 100m and 110mh. Well done to all who competed and got pbs, made the finals and did their best for their respective schools.
