10.01.2022 Great to see everyone still putting in work even though the gym is closed. Keep up the good work. Juniors: add to your home training: jog or run in park with your parents supervision. Skipping at home or in garden. Douple up on your normal exercises. If parents want extra training just message on here and we will happily send your personal training programme for free. ... For the lads that have requested diet plans they will be sent out this evening tailored to suit you. Louis & family are off on a holiday, holiday training has been sent to him as per his request- minimal training, more enjoying. Have a great one louis and we will catch up when you get back.
