22.01.2022 Hey guys just some info for you regarding outdoor group training sessions. Government has said that we will be allowed outdoor training for up to 10 people as of the 2nd of November but this could possibly change in tomorrows announcement. If we get the all clear to go ahead, classes will need to be booked & paid for at least 24 hours before, on the link in my profile. This is to avoid others missing out as these classes are going to fill up extremely fast. You will not be a...ble to cancel your session at the last minute, as you will not be issued a refund or credit due to others missing out. The only time you will be issued a credit is if you are unwell & I ask that you please let me know if this is the cases ASAP so that i can pop someone else in that might be on a waiting list. No credits for I can't be bothered or I'm tired. Also if we are sharing equipment we must wipe it down before the next person jumps on that station. Antibacterial wipes will be provided. You must bring a towel to each session and if you have a gym mat, it's probably a good idea to bring your own. Also don't forget your drink bottle. Hand sanitiser will be provided and you are asked to sanitise before and after your session. We also ask that you keep 1.5 meters away from each other and no hi 5's or hugs for the time being..... instead just some kind words of encouragement. So if we get the all clear tomorrow, please go ahead and book yourself in. Classes will run on Monday's at 6:30-7:30pm Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm Saturday mornings 9am Other classes may be added if these fill up to accommodate for everyone.

14.01.2022 Great circuit where we did 3 exercises for 30 seconds for a total of twelve rounds. That means the girls did the exercises four times over. We made sure that there was ample time between exercises to wipe the equipment down and the ladies briefed the next one what they needed to do. There were lots of laughs so abs were covered well. ... The session was completed with a short run and stairs. Followed by narrowly missing out on being swooped by a bird. Solid session. Can’t wait for Saturday’s session. 14.01.2022 And we’re back!! Mixing it up at the gym with s-drive mountain climbers. These are a real burner. My client is killing it here. It’s been so nice to be back in the gym and training clients. It’s been good to see their smiling faces and their excitement to be back one in one again. ... Fitness was important during Iso but now it’s even more important. It’s the time to take it slow. You can’t lift the same weight you could pre-iso so I’m making sure my clients work their way back up slowly. That goes for me too. 07.01.2022 Thanks for putting in 100% effort even when you couldn’t be bothered showing up to zoom classes. I know your journey hasn’t been easy. Your great choices is what have gotten you here. I can show you the way but it’s your choice wether you show up & put in your 100% If you keep making constant excuses to why you won’t show up you will definitely not achieve the desired result. I know ISO isn’t easy but the results can definitely still be achieved thanks Mandi for demonstrating what can be achieved
