16.01.2022 Not often I get out the shed to get to work in decent weather with a great view. Stainless balustrade all electropolished 80 x80 posts to resist tea stain by the coast. Pt. Hughes.

12.01.2022 Kadina town hall needed to increase the balustrade height to a more recent code, but they needed something where the alteration didn’t contrast heavily against the original heritage balustrade. Mirror polish posts and handrail did it , as it became camouflaged , reflecting the patterns from the original. And the laser cut shaped posts flowed with the curves. If you want a balustrade to not stand out, go mirror finish. These ones look translucent. Just be prepared to pay.

09.01.2022 Built aluminium dual cold air intake. 4 down to 3 as there just wasn’t enough room for the the 4 Took a day to make that central dual Y piece having to try and get the right angles on 3 planes. Tough job but fun.

05.01.2022 When you got to protect your baby. Stainless stone guards All the stainless is insulated from the galve trailer. This was made so that the customer does not have to go through a zipper section and has a full visual on the shackle ( for security) and full access to winch handle without trying to lean through a zipper hole. All 32mm . All braced up so it’s not flapping in the breeze. Just waiting for the fabric

04.01.2022 Note to future self: You are probably looking at this post because you have been asked about a custom removable ski pylon And you are looking back on your work to get an idea of what you last did. Remember you will need to go in and out (jump)of that boat 100’s of times which you did not anticipate ( nearly breaking body bones)and remember all the custom home made plates and stuff that needs polishing to a mirror finish. Do not forget this when you are pricing up.

03.01.2022 Thanks to a little paint and electrical wire up from Aaron Tancock at Broughton marine, Anchor winch plate looks like it was bought one. Heard the customer was wrapped.that’s what I aim for, not cheap and job done BUT happy, excited and proud to show off with their purchase.
