20.01.2022 Came across this 1800's original old tessellated floor today. Amazing its still there after all this time. Unfortunately so many were scraped and destined to land fill. Credit to the tradies of the day. Awesome.

03.01.2022 All finished. 8240 peices, there abouts, who's counting. Around 320 hours. Bluestone extra 4 days.

03.01.2022 Just past the half way mark. Job comprises of approximately 8240 odd piece. Largest tile being 70x70 mm. Smallest peices are triangles 40x30 mm. Is going to look fantastic when finished. Credit to Joe McKenna and Mick McCarrol for laying. Craig too for the excellent screed & stone work.

03.01.2022 Never know what you will find under the floor boards of an old Fremantle cottage. Circa 1860's. BONES, not small animal. Police have taken to pathology. Cant wait to hear back from client. Hope she doesn't lose to much sleep. On a good note, job looks fantastic. The rustic chimney with brick and local limestome is a peice of art.
