14.01.2022 Tasmania’s Own Market kicks off tomorrow for the first time ever! It’s really just the Iconic Salamanca Market operating under a different name until the real thing can be up & running again at full capacity. There will be a mixed selection of stall holders changing weekly & it’s a great time for our Locals to get down & see what’s new without the bumper crowds it would usually draw year round. Hobart City Council & the @salamancamarket Crew have put in a massive effort to... get this happening or us. They’ve had so many hurdles along the way with Covid regulations & rules changing so quickly, no one really knows what to expect but we’re ready & we look forward to seeing you all! There are Social Distancing restrictions in place & we as stall holders are committed to making it as safe for our customers as we possibly can. Please help us keep you safe by using the entry & exit points, using the hand sanitisers provided & by following any signs & markers you see around the market. & with all of that said here’s some of what you’ll find if you visit us at our temporary site #183, opposite Cargo backing onto the lawn!
