22.01.2022 It’s so refreshing to be back facilitating with leadership teams face to face. The opportunity to really read the room, to dig deep into the Why’s, What’s & How’s. To strengthen a culture and create conviction around ones purpose and shared values. To just have a good belly laugh and create deeper trust through play. To really ponder and wonder about WHY we do what we do and HOW we do it better- These are the moments I missed when I was behind a screen. As one fellow colleague said I’m back baby

19.01.2022 Only 4 weeks to go until life as Carly and I know it will change forever. For the past 10 years I’ve watched my brothers and friends raise children while I’ve waited for everything to align on the sidelines. They say you’re never truly ready for what’s to come but I do feel like we have an amazing relationship and solid foundation to grow our family. My life has changed significantly these past 8 years, I’ve changed significantly. If I had kids all those years ago I would of ...dreaded the father I could of been, not truly understanding who I was and what I was capable of. Growing up with three different Dads, my childhood wasn’t exactly stable and neither was I but we learn to adapt, grow and overcome if we choose to and that’s what I did. Now, I love who I am, I love being in my brain and I love sharing my life with my amazing wife. Now it’s time to love completely differently, to endure all of the downsides but accept the unconditional love that is said to come with having children. I’m excited, a little scared but ready for this next chapter of my life, I just hope my child is ready for me! See more
