25.01.2022 Timbertown Pies is now looking for a BAKER to join our team! We are a wholesale manufacture of gourmet pies, sausage rolls and pasties. We focus on innovation, quality and great service for our customers. We are situated in beautiful Port Macquarie with pristine surfing beaches, low housing cost, and a great environment to raise a family. If you're looking for a sea change ...this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. The hours for this role are 4am starts, Mond...ay - Friday's (no weekends). Responsibilities & duties include; Dough preparation including mixing, blocking, sheeting of pie base and puff pastry. Work on other automated equipment such as the pie line and sausage roll line and other usual bakery duties etc... Must be able to lift up to 25kg Requirements of the job - Core Behavioural Competencies Must be hard working Reliable Conscientious Work in a team environment Work without supervision. Trades qualifications & Experience Experience with high volume sheeting would be an advantage or Working with Auto Rondo/Fritsch dough brakes.
