25.01.2022 We started a gradual concept change in 2018 and now we are taking the next step. As whisky is our business, our service is aimed at adult consumers. With remodelling of our space to accommodate our second still & Aussie Craft Spirit wall completed , we are moving forward on our plans and introducing a new lunch booking policy as of today. Lunch bookings are available everyday with set arrival times of 11:30am, noon, 1:30pm & 2pm. All are 2 hour sittings and because seats are ...limited, bookings are recommended & appreciated.55983555 Our regional food menu is designed for small group sharing and as such, our maximum lunch booking size is now 10 persons. We no longer do larger bookings or group menus/functions. Tastings, Aussie gin & whisky Blocks, craft beer, cocktails & wine offerings are aimed at a more intimate distillery experience and are available all day, along with an afternoon bar snack plate. 15.01.2022 Operator required! We have a job vacancy for a PART TIME cleaner for just a few hours each week. Wednesday evenings from 430pm for 2 hours & bright & early Monday mornings from 630am for 2 hours (approx). Some additional hours may be required during busier times. It's deep cleaning on a rotating schedule provided. Think vacuuming the corners, mopping floors, cleaning walls, glass and hard surfaces. Scrubbing floors (including toilets) cleaning chairs, table bases etc. No high... cleaning. You'll need to be reliable, trustworthy, happy to work alone & be able to understand safety data info & cleaning procedures. Equipment provided.
