04.01.2022 Would anyone like to join me in riding (either 30km or 50km) on 31st March in Melbourne to help raise money for Multiple Sclerosis?! There is also a run option and you get to see the view as you go over the West Gate Bridge. My family and I will doing the ride together. Money raised goes to support and education for patients and carers (including funding for nursing, occupational therapy and other allied health practitioners to assist people with MS).

01.01.2022 I had a great day in Fitzroy Melbourne on Saturday learning some excellent Myofascial release techniques, with Dr Elizabeth Howard, an Osteopath working in Sydney. Elizabeth has a Masters of Pain Science and is CEO of the Womens Health and Research Institute of Australia - so well qualified! If you wish to learn more about fascia - recently recognised as a body organ - look up on You Tube: FASCIA - the mysterious world beneath the skin. Fascia refers to a sheet or band of connective tissue that attaches, surrounds and separates internal organs and muscles. It includes fat, nerve sheaths, ligaments, tendons and more!
