24.01.2022 If you're tired, lacking energy and drive, perhaps you should consider an energy treatment. 1/2 hour and full hour sessions are available. These are so relaxing and you'd be surprised how good you feel afterwards. 1/2 hour sessions are $50 And 1 hour is $80

21.01.2022 I'm looking for people who are smokers who would be prepared to commit to 3 energy healing sessions each, in an effort to stop smoking. Energy Healing is capable of much more than its given credit for. I think many people just associate it with chakra balancing. This is why I would like to explore it's potential and at the same time, hopefully help people on the road to better health. The condition is that you commit to 3 session @ $50 per session. Preferably to be held on...e each week (although fortnightly will be fine) consecutively. Sessions will be held at my centre in Grafton, so I'm looking for locals who will be able to get here. 18.01.2022 Today is #RUOK day. Everyday should be this ... but it should be more than just this. Don't ask or text someone if they are ok, if you aren't prepared to be there for them if they say no, or start to cry.... Don't ask them if they are ok, and then reply with 'Great' when they say 'I'm fine' ... People who are depressed are very rarely going to openly reach out, so if you ask this question, you could open the flood gates. If you don't follow through with support, guidance or some sort of assistance and understanding you may actually be the straw that breaks the camels back. 16.01.2022 I'm commencing the energy healing/stop smoking trials today. Wishing those who've asked to participate all the best. Aside from the obvious health issues, smoking has recently become extremely expensive, all at a time when many families are really feeling a financial pinch. Giving up smoking has to be something you want to do, being forced into a corner will make things even more stressful. The reason I'm trialling this is because it's my cheapest healing method. So far I've used this for balancing chakras, removing colds and flu's and hayfever, dispensing headaches, healing localised pain and just restoring energy essentially. I'm quietly optimistic. I'll keep you posted over the coming weeks.

Life can be fascinating Life can be a bore Life can be easy Life can be hard Life can be a challenge Life can be a burden Life is what you make it Life is what I'm dealt ..... Are you the first sentence, or the second ? ..... If you're the first, that's great. You have your mindset under control. If you're the second that's ok too, we all go there sometime. The problem comes if you stay in that mindset. Nobody ever said life was supposed to be a continual bed of roses, and I can vouch personally that life can indeed be hard. I have down days like you would not believe possible to rise from, but I do, and will continue to do so. Because tomorrow will always be a new day, and I want to see what it brings ... I know people who have had hard lives. They opted to end it, but were unsuccessful. Now they are happy and life is good. These people very nearly didn't know that their life was about to change for the better. I know it wasn't their time to go, but still, for whatever reason here they are ... enjoying life. If life is hard, just take it day by day. Don't stress over the future, don't relive the past. Just concentrate on getting through the day. Tomorrow, concentrate on getting through the day. Same the day after. Just don't weigh yourself down with all those extra thoughts, keep your mind as clear as you can, meditate a little, learn self hypnosis, find someone you can talk too, walk on the beach, listen to your favorite music, get a pet, get two ! Just don't dwell on the what if's and the worried imaginations of tomorrow. This life is yours, not your parents, not your mates, it's yours. Don't compare yourself or your life to others. I'm digressing a little though ... the thing is good times come and go. Bad times come and go. Enjoy the good times, and breathe through the bad ... a new day is coming.

08.01.2022 With 2021 just around the corner, what are your plans for self improvement ? For me ... the end of this year I'm concentrating on building my medium skills. It's an area where I've always felt lacking, but wanted to be able to do so much more. Next year I'll commence a Holistic Counseling course. That was in the books for this year, but even though I've wanted to, I just couldn't bring myself to sign up yet. ... What are you going to be doing in 2021 ?

07.01.2022 Ok, I'm totally encouraged with how today's first session in the stop smoking/Energy Healing trials has gone When someone walks out saying they feel like they've never smoked ... just wow ... makes me feel good too. 04.01.2022 What's happening at the centre this month ? 1. Energy Healing to stop smoking ~ this is essentially a trial for me where I want to specifically concentrate on helping people quit smoking through energy healing alone. Initially I asked for just three people to trial this on, but that number is now open. I'm looking at honing my skills in this area and the only way to do that is invite people to join me. 2. All day group Past Life Hypnosis ~ limited places due to space co...nfinement only. This day will allow participants to learn how to access past memories, and to experience more than one group session on the day. Lunch will be provided. 01.01.2022 I want to talk a little about spirits and how they are connected to my work. For those of you who have met me, and those who have looked into regression hypnosis and energy healing, you'll know my work is connected to universal energy. But the connection and healing is at the assistance and grace of my guides and yours. I'm not a clinical hypnotist. This is why I can do past life readings for you. I don't work in the here and now to alter how your mind thinks ... infa...ct what I do in healing, reminds your soul of a past time, a past event that has been the cause of your current situation. That's not to be critical of clinical hypnosis, but just to define the difference, albeit briefly. The spirits I work with are guides, they are of a higher level. There are also your regular everyday spirit. These are not something to be feared. True sometimes people have a problem ... generally this is because they've asked you for help and you haven't heard them ... so they become louder and more obvious until one day, you notice and become scared instead of inquisitive. Something you need to remember when you have spirits about, is they were just like you once. So respect is a must. I'd love if this post becomes a discussion post.
