23.01.2022 Very exciting to hear that ACT have fully lifted all restrictions on massage so I have reset my opening hours (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat Afternoons for the next few weeks) and you can book any style of massage I can offer. Please note, I have also completed and passed the Federal Government Infection Control Training. As well as this it is vital to protect all my clients and myself so I have upgraded and added my extra cleaning and disinfecting of the massage tools and area with my COVID plan and checklist. Finally, any bookings will receive an email with some pre-massage COVID-19 questions to again ensure the safest environment for everyone.

22.01.2022 Aloha everyone! I have just updated the Heartworks Lomi Lomi pricing and also added the choice of a 2hr session in the booking system. As many clients found out on the weekend even the 90min can just leave you wanting more and a full Heartworks session using all the strokes, stretches and body moves can easily be 2hrs of a very enjoyable, relaxing time for a client.

15.01.2022 Aloha everyone! I wanted you all to know I will be closing Time2Restore from the 6th February until the 16th February. Why you ask? I am off to an 8 day massage retreat to learn the new modality of Lomi Lomi. A style that blends some features of Ka Huna and features of traditional massage in a nuturing, relaxing environment. I will post more about it later! In the meantime, my last massage day is 5th February before the course, so grab a booking for the 5th feb now cause with the kids back at school it must be time for some yummy self care.

14.01.2022 Aloha everyone! I am back from my amazing experience with some wonderful other bodyworkers and massage therapists in spending 80 hours over 8 days learning Heartworks Lomi Lomi. This is another wonderful Hawaiian based style of massage/bodywork. Of course, my first client has been my wife, Janene, with her now telling me that this (Lomi Lomi) is her new favourite massage!! Managing to combine Deep Tissue techniques to 'melt' muscles, the beautiful long flowing strokes of Ka H...una (with less oil) and the gentle, soft relaxing feeling of a total relaxation massage. Added to this the unique twist of using 'Hot' rocks and gentle stretches is something that has to be experienced to be fully appreciated and understood. So, remember I have my opening special for everyone out there but it must be a 90 minutes massage as Heartworks Lomi Lomi really does not have a 60 min version so it is just $60 for s short time only. I currently only have Wednesdays, all day and Friday afternoons available for this and it is just for the next few weeks so book now using the "Book Now" button for your time or message me direct

05.01.2022 What a fabulous weekend with sharing the Heartworks Lomi Lomi with many of my clients and 2 fantastic new clients that just totally embraced this new style as well. Basically, the Hot Stones used in the Lomi were certainly a real winner and I can see in the cooler weather the hot stone (I love them too) will be very popular. So thanks again to those clients that managed to book into receive this lovely bodywork. (The weekend was full booked out) I feel blessed that you so enjoyed the bodywork!
