09.01.2022 Looking forward to making the most of the spring weather - running an outdoors postnatal parents and bubs Mat Pilates session with small apparatus, this evening at 5pm in Fleming Park, Brunswick East... Let's hope the weather holds! Will be great to get back to helping mums with the inevitable aches and pains of motherhood, strengthening and re-balancing their amazing bodies!!
