18.01.2022 If you are a member of Club Lime and looking for a PT to help with your fitness goals, I have times available during the week, either at CISAC in Belconnen or Crace in Gungahlin. Thanks Bruce

04.01.2022 Whats better than running a PB at parkrun? Helping others get theirs , Kath and I were pacers today at Gungahlin parkrun, I managed to get young Saraha a 30 sec PB, its so much fun. I also have ticked over 25 volunteering roles at parkrun, so will soon get my purple 25 shirt. #gungahlinparkrun... #loveparkrun See more

04.01.2022 Saturday is parkrun day And spending it with family is always fun. Today it was an easy run to get Willyman a PB, which we got taking 1:39 off his old time.

03.01.2022 2019 City 2 Surf has been run in cool and windy conditions, with Kath, Bec, Emma and myself running the 14 k to Bondi over heartbreak hill. Everyone finished with a smile and some great times. Looks like training for the Queenstown marathon has begun.

03.01.2022 Well the UTA weekend in the Blue Mountains has been run. What an event, if you want a challenge to push you hard, this should be on your bucket list for 2020. TIME PT Runners: Jo - decided to not run this year so she could spend time volunteering for the event, which she did 3 times ... Tracy - took up a last minute ticket to do the 22, had a heap of fun and also took a turn as a volunteer Kath - stepped it up to the 50 this year after 2 years at the 22 distance, Kath had a plan to do it under 10 Hours, and made it with time to spare (I don't think doing the Fuber stairs in the dark will be something she wants to do again) Bruce - my second time doing the 50, training was very average, with my only long runs being half marathon races. but on the day it all came together, and finished only 17 min slower than last year (sore knees, and a commitment to finish the event with Andrew) saw us take it easy at the beginning and at the end, yet we hit the 28k checkpoint 2 minutes earlier than last year.
