18.01.2022 There is no certain age where Personal Training should start or end. These 5, normally 6 absolutely legends have been training with me for close to 9 months now as a way to stay active, learn new movements, get fitter for their chosen sports and most importantly have fun!! Because if we aren’t having fun then what’s the point of doing it!! With the growing concern of obesity in kids these days, it is so important to keep them active and outside. It feels great to be back in the gym again Firstly I want to thank every single one of my clients who continued their training throughout the restrictions to support me, words can’t describe how thankful I am for your commitment whether that be sessions face to face or the online bootcamps, it is greatly appreciated! 13.01.2022 ONLINE BOOTCAMPS One thing the COVID restrictionists made me do was really think outside the square. One the adjustments I made was to run 30 minute Bootcamp style workouts on ‘Zoom’. I do workouts each morning based around lower body, upper body, endurance, HIIT, core and a Saturday special each week. These are minimal equipment, suitable for beginners, experts and everyone in between. This format of training is made easy by the ability to jump out of bed, walk to the living room, smash out a workout from the comfort of your own home Oh and the bonus, every workout is filmed so if you can’t make the live session you have the ability to still do them when it suits!
