22.01.2022 I often have vendors asking if we should be running an open if it’s raining. My answer is always YES! Why? Generally, the buyers have studied the property online and just require that one walkthrough prior to making a decision. No one wants to be out braving the elements to just have a look.... BUT, it’s beneficial on both sides of the coin. From a BUYERS perspective, it’s a great time to view the property in wet weather to ensure it is water tight and drainage is satisfactory. It’s a WIN WIN for all parties!
