22.01.2022 WOW! What a year it has been. Our first year as TI Motel Torres Strait has bought a lot of great changes under our Management. Fully renovated, all rooms have microwaves, 42inch TV, Foxtel and finally got our WiFi upgraded and working throughout the motel and that's just only a handful of improvements. With our commitment, loss of sleep, laughter, some tears and hard work we have created a haven to be proud of. A big shout out to Anna Sebasio, Velma David and Annie Garnier wh...o play a very important part in keeping the rooms clean and comfortable, we appreciate you all so much. 22.01.2022 We are still business as usual. Extra sanitation and cleaning to help keep you safe during this pandemic. Thanks to Ray Cousins and team for replacing a broken hot water system. Thank you to Adam See Kee and Cyril Binjuda for putting up the final touches to our seperation from Federal Hotel. Also thanks to Tai Ward for our electricity upgrade so we can enjoy our commercial washer and dryer bought from Col Jones. YES local business supporting local businesses..best feeling ever.

02.01.2022 Last Friday evening we were blessed with the delivery of baby girl Joan at TI Motel. Delivered by another guest Lina who rushed to Mum's side. No midwife or doctors just a room filled with love and wisdom. Such a humbling experience Mum Bobbie-Kay and baby Joan doing well and ready to head home.
