From what’s been seen in Qld, you will be competing for your customers business, those that were prepared in Qld are now busy. While I know many of you have been working on clinical training and patient forms during this period, don’t forget MAINTENANCE. To make sure you are ready to start on day one don’t neglect the performance of your equipment, a clean well performing system will give you good... results and satisfied customers. From a Treatment Light to IPL, a Blanket Warmer to Microderm System and all equipment in-between. Equipment that has been sitting dormant for a while is at risk of underperformance due to minor issues. This could sabotage the Rebooting of your business and the effort you have been putting in during the closure. Make sure your ready to Swim not Sink, It’s imperative to be proactive with preventative maintenance. Equipment that uses gels is especially susceptible to blockages or damage if it hasn’t been cleaned well enough and in storage for an extended period. Stands for your treatment light that are loose, the condition of your Laser/IPL glasses(These are PPE as important as gloves and facemasks) will all be noticed by Clients on your reboot.
