Plan a new and healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life, something that is fun and full of variety. 2. Goals, Set long and short term goal so you have something to aim for. Also reward yourself when you reach your goal and have consequences for if you don't, to help keep you motivated. ... 3. Time wasted is time lost, so use it wisely. Every day, week, month and year you put off and allow to pass by, the longer it will take to achieve your goals. . 4. You get out what you put in. There is no quick and easy way to get to where you want to be. Hard work and persistence will pay off. 5.
