Mayzent (siponimod) will be listed on the PBS for the first time to treat patients with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. Without the PBS subsidy, patients would pay more than $25,000 per year for treatment. ... With the PBS subsidy, patients will only need to pay $41 per prescription, or $6.60 with a concession card.

Sarah from Brighton became worried about the impact of food hoarding at the start of the pandemic, particularly its impact on vulnerable households. We helped Sarah contact local support charity BayCISS. Working with BayCISS, Sarah devised a solution whereby peoples’ excess groceries could be converted into a food bank for those struggling to buy essentials. ...
