03.01.2022 I’ve been cleansing It’s been three weeks now !! I didn’t feel to do juice -i strongly felt to keep my body warm within ... Soup, soup and more soup Green soup, red soup, orange soup (if anyone has been to my workshops you will understand this well) And morning top quality Cacao with intention setting I’ve been dedicated to Yoga and Pilates Daily! Nature walk every second day Spacing my clients gracefully Working intuitively with creating and birthing deeper in my business visions I’ve been up and down, in and out, high and low But solid, becoming more in tune with the divine feminine Yet aligned with my practical masculine For a long time I couldn’t find it in me to do this , to flush, cleanse, fitness dedication I was mad on my treadmill But I found grace, time and discipline And the benefits are showing I’m beginning to feel alive again Freedom within It can be challenging - when being a full time Mum to change - to be different to the family - to have different food needs to what has to be cooked for the children It can be challenging when running and building a Soul Business to take time out - to build self strength , emptiness and deep fit and passion within YOU are important , YOU are Powerful Honour YOU - your temple, your body
