This one with filter pocket, I can use the dry baby wipes ( thanks for storing half a packet in the car all summer ) Trying one using the girls’ old dress. Worked well!... 14.01.2022 Hope January has been kind to you, happy new year 2021. Here are some easy fun Back to School / Summer holiday activities for the kids. Terracotta pot painting with craft acrylic paints DIY stationery labelling with dot stickers + highlighers for a quick and easy and almost free way to label all their school pencils and small stationery items.... Pot decorating with the coloured dot stickers done above Plant some succulents or indoor plants with those amazing pots you make! Have fun, young Tinkers! Post your creations on the comments. Love to see them all. Don’t forget to tidy up after your making session is done. Loving the worktray from bigW with side compartments perfect holders for brushes, washing cups and dabbing towel. Also tucked in perfectly underneath is Ikea Variera basket for all the paints.

04.01.2022 How are we all staying at home in this 2020covid19 quarantine craziness? Hope you are all keeping well and healthy! After 6 years of schooling, this will be our last official school Easter hat parade. ( the mum outside of me is jiggling, the DIY Mad Hatter inside me is frowning)... I have always brainstormed ideas with the girls for the designs and have great times making them together, transforming junk to Funk! Or glam-ish We’ve always come up with using scraps around the house as hunting for parts are one of the fun bits. Since now we have some time in our hands, this year’s Easter hat will be a bit messy to make but fun to the fullest. I am so loving the idea we came up with and how it is very related to Miss 7’s current class. She did a little experiment that would take a couple of days to shape and dry..
