24.01.2022 Opening Day & 2019/20 Presention Day. Tomorrow (Saturday 26th September). Plate of arvo tea to share on your playing table & $5 green fees. New Players most Welcome .......... Names in by 1pm please so teams can be sorted out for a game or two for the day. Let's hope the weather holds off. Games will be determined by the weather. Bar will be open.. Covid Rules apply and are posted up on the boards for all to read .... .. The Thursday Pennants started yesterday (Thursday 24th September). Tintinara were very successful in overcoming Bordertown and we are looking towards a fun and competititve year.

24.01.2022 LAST SUNDAY NIGHT TAKE AWAY. SPECIALS : Nuggets 60c & Dim Sims $1.50. Also extra 2 nuggets & extra Dim Sim in the Kids serves. Chicken salt on request. Our fish is very carefully nurtured in lemon peppered flour before dipping into our specially home made beer batter. We have had 6 great weeks of working hard for our Club to get through these tough times and keep our wonderful Club financially healthy and ready for a great Summer's play. Social / Competitive Saturday Bowls Saturday 5th September 2020 Saturday 12th September 2020 Saturday 19th September 2020 Saturday 26th September 2020 (Opening Day) OPENING DAY / PRESENTATION DAY 2019/20: Saturday 26th September 2020. (This is the same concept as B/Town & Keith do on our Pennant Days, although we will only be able to have 4 per table to adhere to the distancing rules). $5 green fees will apply on all Social / Competition Saturdays and Opening day. COVID RULES :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Covid 19 rules apply as below at our Bowls Club as taken from the Bowls SA guidelines. For the consumption of alcohol, people must be seated in licenced premises with or without food. This can include being seated at a bar, providing 1.5m social distancing is observed. Meals cannot include salad bars or buffets; You can serve shared platters/boards to a table if it is to be shared amongst people who are part of the same group. Social distancing o Lawn Bowls holds a unique advantage as a sport which requires no direct contact between players. Social distancing principles must be adhered to and require a person to maintain a space of at least 1.5m between individuals; o The density requirement of the venue must not exceed one person per 2 square metres; o Instead of acknowledging others with a hug, kiss or hand shake; smile and wave instead; o Do not use or pick up each other bowls, bowling arms or bags. . Penalties/fines Penalties are in place for any individual or Club that breach these directions. Individuals may be issued with a $1,000 on-the-spot fine; Club may be issued with a $5,000 on-the-spot fine. There is a book near the water station to record your name, date & times.
