24.01.2022 The most harmful fats are trans fat which often appear in low fat or modified foods as well as junk and convenience foods and very often aimed at kids. They lengthen the shelf life of products and found in processed foods, commercial baked goods such as biscuits, cakes and doughnuts and many margarines. Of course food labels will not list trans fats instead may say hydrogenated vegetable oil or fat or partially hydrogenated. Lets always make healthy choices for our kids!

24.01.2022 Thank you for your comments. Yes we totally agree that parents should do their part as much as possible and we do encourage that. However some parents really have challenges with time and economic circumstances so we are helping fill the gaps. Also, over here the group dynamics are different and it adds to the total experience of the children. Just like with any other activities such as music, games or workshops, its is the combines effort of parents and external organisations/helpers/coaches/teachers that lead to the best for the children. In this case, if we can help with good values such that combat obesity and help make the children healthier, we feel honoured to do so

23.01.2022 Sugar is pretty much pure, refined carbohydrate which means its something that we need to exclude from our children's diet. Not surprisingly manufacturers have got smart and started calling sugar by its various generic names including sucrose, glucose, fructose, lactose, galactose and others in an attempt to ease the blow.

The leader News is doing a story about Tiny Tots Boot Camp at the Time 4 Tots Early Learning Centre in Pakenham. Time 4 Tots has been very supportive to Tiny Tots Boot Camp over the past year and I give many Thanks To the Management, staff,all the wonderful children and their amazing parents. The Story will be in Next Mondays Leader news paper so keep an eye out for it. S...ome of the kinder kids class are in the story, so mums and dads if you don't get the paper you can view it online. And don't forget Captain Super who is starting Tiny Tot Boot Camp sessions at Genesis Berwick on Tuesday the 5th of Feb and Thursdays the 7th of Feb at 4:15 to 5:00 pm each week. 09.01.2022 Tiny Tots Boot camp is excited to announce we are starting our new season with Genesis Berwick Fitness centre. Captain Super will be running sessions from the 5th of Feb on every Tuesdays and Thursday 4:15 to 5:00pm. Calling all kids , everybody is welcome, you don't have to be a member of the gym for your children to join in on the fun and activities. But Please Call us or Genesis Berwick book your child's spot. 06.01.2022 Hi all, Captain lee is excited to announce our Newest Child care center who is joining us in 2013. Tiny Tots Boot Camp session will start with Snuggles Early Learning center in Glen Waverley on the 20th of Feb @ 9.30 am. I'm looking forward to having lots of fun and games with all of their happy children's. Stay tuned to some happy snap photos. Cheers
