We are so excited to have been asked to come and join the amazing project The Nurture Collective We are now able to offer a settling clinic! ... The settling clinic is aimed at babies aged 0-3months, or pregnant mums! We cover a wide range of topics, but most of all, offer support and a beautiful little area to have a 1:1 session, or you may prefer to grab some friends and do a group session! And remember, to access my service, you do not need private health cover! Head over to www.tinysleepers.com.au to secure your spot!

16.01.2022 8 Month Regression Or maybe in your case it might be the 8/9/10 month regression! So much is going on around this time in your little one’s life.... Have they recently learnt a new skill? - Crawling - Standing - Maybe even walking These new skills can cause some sleep disturbances as your little one just wants to keep practicing these new fun skills all the time!! ( not so fun for use parents! ) These new skills also take up a lot more energy! What to expect: - Catnapping my reoccur/begin - Nap refusal may occur - Night waking’s may occur - Your baby may demand to be fed more - Your baby might be irritable How to get through: - Support your little one as required, they might require a little extra love! - Awake periods may need to be adjusted to combat over tiredness due to all the energy used with new skills - If baby is refusing day naps, ensure early bedtime - Avoid introducing or reintroducing habits you do not want to continue with - Maintain healthy sleep habits - And as always, be kind to yourself
06.01.2022 Mother's groups! The people who keep you sane and pick you up when you're down! I am so incredibly lucky to have these girls in my corner. We have supported each other through pregnancy, birth, the ups & downs of parenthood and much, much more! ... I am so grateful for these ladies! Our catch-ups lately are usually broken conversations thanks to our little people wanting our full attention. But recently the stars must of all aligned and we scored ourselves a child free dinner! Gosh it was nice! Tag your mother's group and let them know how much you appreciate them!
